Releasing the Bindu

Standard

Silence. Stillness. 
Reserved attitude. 
Slow, controlled movements. 
Grasp ahold of the source point. And inhale. 
Subtle buzzing vibration pierces the bindu.
The bindu weakens and cracks. Explodes. Shatters. 
Shards flying. Expanding. 
Now there is pure consciousness where there was before an obstacle.
